Specialising in Theatre Venue Hire, Freespirit Events offer over 40 West End Theatres, Private Rooms and Event spaces for Corporate
and Private Functions - working with almost all of London's Theatres.
These unique buildings are purpose built for seating and dealing with large numbers of people, magnificently maintained and
available with the best of technical facilities and support services.
Because of the specialist nature of Theatre we offer a venue finding service based upon your requirements then search for the
most suitable and available venue for your event, working around the busy schedules of a West End Theatre.
Our event management team can provide assistance in organising your event and arrange fine Catering and refreshments throughout
your visit, including post-event entertainment and hospitality.
Meetings
The auditiriums are the obvious spaces within Theatres with capacities from 80 people to 2,500, in addition there are many
private rooms and exciting spaces within the buildings that also lend themselves to smaller groups from 2 people in theatre and
cabaret style.
Training Facilities
Unique facilities with rooms and ante rooms are available with full AV facilites for groups up to around 100 within superb
environments.
Conferences
Custom built Auditorium Space in many different styles up to 2,500 people are available for Conferences, Presentations, Screenings,
Press Launches and other similar Events.
Private Parties
There are exceptional rooms are also available for hire as Party Venues, benefiting from late licences and superb bar and
entertainment facilities, some with Civil Marriage Licences.
We are also Southampton City Council's official Agent for the Tudor Merchants Hall. With a capacity of up to 100 it is suitable
for Weddings, Private and Public functions and events.
