Freespirit Events specialise in organising Conferences within Theatres utilising the non performance time within many West End
and UK Regional Theatres. in London we work with venues from 40,000-2,500 people within purpose built buildings with tiered seating.
Many Theatres are available during 'Dark' periods when a Theatre has no running performance or days on which productions do not
run. In general there is great daytime availability and usually at least one day a week for evening/late events. We also work
with a number of other venues offering full availability.
By working around productions we can offer excellent deals and fantastic surroundings that are truly 'out of the box' and offer
a great range of Theatre Styles, the Grand to intimate Studios.
Naturally there is a great deal of AV Equipment available and this can be supplemented for your conference, together with the
availability of fine Catering and of course the option to include a show in the evening!
Within many Theatres there are smaller spaces which can be set out in Cabaret or Theatre Style and smaller workspaces.
Our full package includes Hotel Accommodation, Badging and Registration, Guest & Celebrity Speakers and a full suite of Technical
Services.
