Corporate Hospitality
Freespirit Events have been producing the finest Theatre Hospitality since 2003, re-defining the standards to which Corporate Clients expect. The fundamentals are to ensure that guests have the opportunity to do business or build relationships within great surroundings at a fantastic Event.
Freespirit Events hold a number of Official Hospitality appointments and control the quality and presentation of every one of our Events, we are Theatre Specialists.
Standard packages are offered for most groups up to around 30 people, if your group is larger a special event can be customised and tailored to your needs or budget.
There are generally four types of Hospitality Package available:
The In-Venue VIP Package offering guests a private suite within which to entertain your guests. At theatre this is usually exclusive, at Rock and Pop Events ususally shared. You will have a Host to help entertain you on the evening and escort you to and from your seats. Food is privided depending upon your package. Complimentary bars usually run throughout the evening and you'll receive a programme or some merchandise as a memento of the evening.
Dinner Packages offer fine dining outwith the Venue at selected Restaurants closeby allowing your guests to enjoy a full meal before or after the show. Packaged with the best tickets for the event and a programme, dinner packages are a popular way of adding to the enjoyment of the evening. Some packages include a reservation others offer a voucher to redeem at the restaurant.
Superseat Packages offer a combination of the best seat in the house, reserved by the show's Producer for late availability and usually packaged with a Programme and an Interval drink. Freespirit Events also offer in-theatre food which can be enjoyed before the show or at the interval.
Value Packages are offered at many shows, incorporating a special rate on tickets and a meal deal at a local participating restaurant or bar, often at a lower price than a full price ticket, but subject to conditions and exclusions. These are great for family or workgroups, usually with minumum numbers.
